It confirms my theory that Chinese are still suffering post-opium-war inferiority syndrome,imaging those western imperialism is going to invade China again.

Hi, Christopher. A question. Can you, or anyone on this thread, cite the relevant language in international law prohibiting/regulating the use of cluster bombs?

Recent references in The Economist seemed to imply that they were currently outlawed for all use.

Just wondering....
