Yes, that was my conclusion after thinking about it.....certainly explains the steady buying that we've been experiencing the past few weeks.

Buy on rumour, sell on news.......i guess that's what happened today. I thought it was odd that the YF price was moving up so steadily without any news.

Anyway, I am very excited about this deal as Germany is truely a huge market that YF absolutely needs to be a player in if they ever hope to expand seriously into the European market. Look out Daagen Haaz!!!

I wonder what short-term impact this huge licensing deal will have on YF's bottom line for next quarter (although this may slip into two quarters from now) as I suspect there will be a nice signing fee for the exclusive distribution rights?
