Currently ZMAX is about 60% undervalued, as the fair market value is $7.25. I believe in a realistic target price of $10.50 by the end of the year and $16 by 2001. ZMAX made a dramatic transition from a Y2K company to a complete IT company and the value of an IT company is normally 4 x revenues. ZMAX expects at least $30 million revenues this year = a market cap. of $120 million. Twelve million shares outstanding this equals $10 a share. So, these target prices are realistic.

In the 2nd quarter of 99 I expect an EPS of .08 - .12 cents. Revenues about $7.5 million.

Does anyone have any comments on my calculations?
