Okay ... first I had money transferred to my "second" account there ... so they took the money out of #1 account, put it back in #1 account and debited the account that needed the money and put me on margin, charging me margin interest all the time. Took me forever to show them that the money was placed erroneously. Second time they misplaced my certificates (were put into someone else's account - good thing I discovered it before whoever got my shares sold them) ... last time I had a stock split and they credited me for the split, and they debited me for the value. Took me 2 weeks to get that explained since no one calls me back. I hate that company.
