Fiberman, what planet are you on....The worst thing that can happen to little known companies like this one is a hike in rates...I'm in the business. The majority of people who are planning on re fing are doing it now or have done it already, the only ones with rate locks are those buying new houses and have a lock&shop type program. The vast majority of adjustable raters have refied and locked when rates were even lower than they are today... I really liked this stock from the beginning, but I'm so sick of idiots like Mogel hype, hype, hyping and ending every stupid sentence with a exclamation point like some pre schooler who did well on homework. The only people making any kind of money on this stock right now are the day traders. Oh and Mogul, when I made the comment about Countywide being a candidate to possibly buy this company you acted as if you never heard of them, well you mentioned them in one of your posts and they just happen to be the nations biggest lender/wholesaler of loans and thier guns are loaded. lisa
