Rob, I also thought that the communists would seize the opportunity that emerged after the devaluation, whereby there were long lines outside of Russian banks, etc., to rally the nation into a revolutionary revolt and ultimate coup. These expectations never even remotely materialized, and one wonders what the communists have up their sleeves because they sure as hell aren't stupid. One thing is for sure - the situation will get more interesting and more surprises are to follow.
