LeoWeb

Yes, but how long ago?

This new version was put up last week. The old version....Version 2dotsomething or other, was available prior to Thursday.

They gave me the go-ahead to use it on Thursday.

It's Im-****###-possible.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from the new release until they get the bugs out. What particularly annoys me, is that---in effect---they are using people like me who never tried LeoWeb before as a sort of beta-test group, whether they realize it or not. The upshot of this is that I probably will walk on them.

I've had monies tied up for a week, my data corrupted, and my time wasted because the new version does not work.

It's not just me, it appears the Tech Desk is overloaded with calls. This is poor business.

I can well imagine that it has worked passably well for you in the past. However, this does me no good. The lingering afterthought I shall always have, of course, is that this will have a problem at exactly the time I won't wish to have one, if you know what I mean.

Anyway, you can judge for yourself. Look at the site that I posted; they took the new version down. They still won't allow me to download the old version. So, the new version is faulty and I am stuck ... unable to trade.

Now, is LeoWeb going to pay for my datafeeds that I have little use for while they poke around? How about the advisory services that I purchase. In other words, this is a business, I have an investment, and they should not allow this to happen. It's very poor Customer Relations.
