<If you talk to the support guys tomorrow>

See, just that little piece of a sentence ticks the daylights out of me.

It's been a week. They talk only during trading hours. I have to take down Tradestation every time I speak with them.

Think about it this way. You have a business. It pays your way in life. Suddenly, it is temporarily closed and you do not know when it will be able to operate once again.

So, when I read "If you talk to the support guys tomorrow..." my head explodes.

It's as if I moved my family from my old house but the new one is not ready yet and no one knows when it will be. Sure, I still have a small account left at Man; but trading while discussing vbajet files with LeoWeb and shutting down datafeeds isn't exactly my idea of playing it safe.

Now in your case, perhaps they are aware that the new version is unstable. In my case, because you go through Zap! and I go through someone else I have some misgivings about mixing the two. Things are bad enuf as it is.

In any case, it would be a good idea to drop the discussion. Quite frankly, I am fuming over this. I have quite a few large bills that have come due as well as ones coming due and all I am doing is siphoning money out of trading accounts and not trading.

Try trading in that frame of mind.
