Thanks for the extensive summary. I'll go study it for a while, but on first read two questions come to mind:

- What is the SB-2 registration you refer to? and does it relate to becoming a fully reporting company?

- You say the first mine will be in production June 2001 while initial production from Peoria 7 will be 1000 T/D by Dec 2000. I assume the June date is for full 10,000 T/D production? but am I reading you right that it will take 18 months to get to 1000 T/D and they will be at 10,000 T/D just 6 mos later?

Char, thanks for the report. I was hoping that they would get the Custom Milling operation going soon. The potential for earnings there are significant if I remember the analysis correctly. Funding sure opens a lot of doors.
