Six months of buying, yes. But what advantage dose he have if all the buying is at lower levels. That is unless he is shorting the stock.

There is also the warrant matter. TNRG would benefit if the stock value was higher when the warrents are execuitable. A lower price for TNRG just dose not make sence, that is unless I am missing something.
