Scott suggested I download from Zap! but I'm not doing business with them but from LFG, LLG. So I fear the compatibility issue. Things are bad enough. <Does your Internet software allow you to creat 8, 10, & 20 tic bar charts> The Internet Charts I use at the moment are the free version of Quote.com (although I have been thinking of upgrading) and PC Quote. So I cannot speak to Quote.Com On PC quote I currently have probably 10 Charts on my most used screen. I've had it up to 13 or 14. I've been trying to get an Adapter to pair it off to a 20" Raster Ops which is currently configured to a Mac connector. At which time I will probably add charts. The only problem there is start-up. When starting up, the more charts on the page the longer it takes to load. I have it set up on two machines at the moment but neither is running. Well, now it is. Seems Ticks aren't available. Just minutes. However, you can plaster all the indicators you like on each chart. Several of mine each have two or three MAs, %D, %Ds, %Da, MACDO, MACD Signal, and RSI. That's about the most that I can put on and still see straight. The Charts I have up include 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 30 minute on PC Quote on one page or screen. PC Quote is also far less expensive than BMI, although my BMI cost included the CBOT it's still perhaps double PC Quote if PC Quote had the Bond as well. BMI on the other hand is more stable but that's usually because of the ISP or the MS Backbone. If PC Quote goes down on one machine then I throw it up on one of the machines routed into a Cable Modem and usually it works fine. Meanwhile, the machine can run BMI off one cable modem and PC Quote off the router to the other cable modem. Yet there seems to be no degradation as I can cross check them on a third platform either by checking BMI or Quote.com. Of course PC Quote is more money than Quote.com, so I would expect it to be somewhat more versatile. But like any other internet feed it's portable so it has another edge over BMI. But unlike BMI the software won't break down to ticks on the charts, I suppose. It will, however, run a chart of T&S it just does not appear to be able to plot it. EDIT Having just posted all that, I'm not going to re-write it. I just found that it does chart ticks only it calls it Time and Sales. Also it charts by trades. So, yes, it has two types of Tick Charts but not multiple Ticks such as you are looking for. That is, it does not aggregate them into blocks of 8 Ticks, 10, and so forth. Just individual Ticks. DOUBLE EDIT I had to share this, I was just e-mailed a statement saying that I had no activity in my LeoWeb account yesterday. These guys really know how to rub it in.
