NO! NO! NO! If Q keeps telling everybody all the good news, the stock will never get down to a bargain price again. Here I was hoping to buy some more QCOM today, after that WSJ article, and what do I find, but a counteracting press release! On a related matter, my son is doing graduate level study in telecommunications and reports that the textbook coauthored by Irwin Jacobs in 1964 (yes, 1964!) is still the number one text in its field. The text contains a detailed exposition of all the theory behind CDMA.
