ok, let's see if we can get things back on track.

goal: take the focus off of rick's trading successes or failures, and concentrate on relevant information about USWB.

tactic: use simple questions so as not to distract the easily distracted from the goal.

1) Do you agree that USWB insiders have been selling shares to the public consistently since the IPO ?

2) Is there any reason we might believe that the insider selling will not continue at levels seen since the IPO in the future ?

3) Can you name any systems integration consulting organizations that proved to be consistent long term investments over a period of years ?

4) When Shaw referred to the current period as the "ugly period" what did he mean ? what are the risks for investors holding during this period ? what is the downside to waiting until the ugly period becomes prettier before committing to an investment ?

5) Do you agree that the consulting business model provides more limited and harder to attain upside earnings than, say, a software product model ?

6) Can you provide an estimate of Revenues and Earnings two years out in the future ?

Fingers crossed that this will help bring us back to something relevant to chew on.

cheers. rick.
