Pat, The ZAP rep just called and my acct is ready to go but the upstairs guy want to review the system with me so I am awaiting his call, within the hour I'm told. As far as the problem with the Leo software, I am in total agreement with you, Takes me back to when I was a service rep for Cincinnati Mill and had to go to a customers shop to fix or replace something that we did not completly test before selling it to a customer, I took all the complaining and dare not say anything. Maybe Scott has a possible solution ?
