M & I uses S1's software to sell or license to smaller FI's so they are a customer of S1's

Yea M&I bought out that Travelers Express, which is a bill payment company a while back to be an end to end provider. That's why a pairing between CKFR and the New S1 sounded so good to me. Nearly 1/2 billion in revenues and a virtural monster in the space and CKFR could use another write off if those e-bill projections are correct. That combination would leave NO doubts as to who leads in this space. Nothing is overlaping which I can see initially.....provide tighter integration, international expansion....the list goes on and on. Anybody see anything wrong with it?
