Thanks! But doesn't S1 sell or license its software directly to banks, at least big banks (i.e. Royal Bank), therefore, technically you compete. Although M&I sell directly to small banks and S1 sell directly to big banks, so the question is on medium size banks...I realize this probably isn't much of an issue, but what I'm driving at is who is the "preferred provider" of bill pay for the "new" S1 (I don't think there is one..yet). Travelers Express (owned by M&I) or CheckFree. I would think CheckFree, because of bill presentment, but there is transpoint....

CheckFree = Travelers Express + TransPoint

...Although I think CheckFree is 10 times better than TE and TP put together, but TE+TP is an alternative to using CheckFree.
