Spoke with Clint Cantwell, I stated my support for SEC filing and told Clint that I shared the sense of urgency Cataldo expressed on the SEC filing issue in his 26 April PR. Additionally I stressed the importance of communication with investors using the internet and urged MVEE to bring an official web site online, suggesting that an Email address for IR would be useful till an official web site was established. I also stated that I would like to sell them the domain name, mvee.com, but whether they desire that domain or another domain, the company needs to be on the nternet. Clint indicated Cataldo finds expedient filing to be critical to the companys future,and that Cataldo means it when he says SEC filing is a necessity. He was unable to speak for the company on the internet issue, as the company is still reviewing its options and has made no decisions on those issues. SEC filing and communication with investors are important issues to me and I have let the company know that fact.
