Char, <<spin-off shares can be issued>> I don't see why that's a problem. All my MXAM shares are in two accounts in street name and the proxies get to me, one for each account. My broker Accutrade also holds my MGAU restricted shares with no difficulty.

Char,

Thanks for all of the information that you have provided those of us that could not make it to the AGM.

<<and it seems that brokerage firms will not hold shares that are restricted.>> Course not they can't make any money on restricted shares. With IRA accounts, the brokers should be forced to hold them since we, as account owners, have no other choice.

<<Right now MXAM is not sure how to even get a list of shareholders on the date of record for the spin-offs.>> Would copies of our brokerage statements work? <VBG>

I have faith that Dale will get it worked out eventually and since I don't plan on selling my MXAM any time soon, I'll wait.

Regards to all,
Bob
