Doug, Thanks a ton for the excellent info... I invested in a company (VTPI) for the long haul because I believed in their technology and direction. Sure their fundamentals were a touch hap-hazard, HA,to say the least, but that's not why I got in. Now I have TWO companies looking to make me $$$$'s ! I'm staying around to see what can really happen here... I figure what the hell, I've got a pretty good a chance of hitting a home run with one of them especially after the spin off considering it really isn't going to cost me much to watch it all unfold.. VTPI..aka IVOC/CRI to be continued.. Best all, TJG
