The point still is that they have received no revenue benefit to date from the events that you describe. In fact there is no assurance that it will function as described or that other companies aren't or won't do it better or more inexpensively.

Future revenue possibilities doesn't pay bills unless you can talk people into buying the stock. Say there's a way they could be raising capital.
