Conditional listing approval from the TSE

TORONTO, May 21 /CNW/ - Aastra Technologies Limited - (ASE: ''AAH'') is
pleased to announce that it has received a conditional approval for the
listing of its common shares for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Aastra expects to submit the paperwork required for final listing approval within the next few days. The Company will provide notice of its actual trading date on the Toronto Stock Exchange at a later date.

Aastra Technologies Limited develops and distributes telecommunications
equipment. Aastra offers a full line of products ranging from Caller ID
adjuncts to full-featured communications systems. Aastra sells to the majority of the telecommunication companies in North America.
