Hi William,

I totally agree with you. I find Bezos and his colleagues management more honest by warning the investors well in advance about huge investments back into Amazon's business going forward and therefore lack of profitability this year.

Have lots of faith in this management !
Amit

>>I can't go long AMZN due my lack of belief in the honesty and integrety of the
management.

What is that all about? How have they been less than honest? I think you need a break.
You seem to be making things up now

William,

Relax. You sound stressed. I have been saying for an entire year that management has intentionally been hiding the true figures in their bookkeeping. Up until the last two quarters, the conference calls would not even permit the media.

Management intentionally hypes the company to get a rise in stock price. Covey's new accounting concept is proof of that. These are all just my opinion but I believe you need to open your eyes about this firm. You need to look at the amount of stockholder equity that has been dispersed among top management, the VCs and through various rediculous acquisitions. Now they are using the recent secondary funds to help fund Kleiner Perkins firms.

It is time you took a break and really looked here.

Glenn
