arthur...it's a new game just posted to john rosser, my comment on almost non-treatment of dell earnings by cnbc...more concentration on hwp..as i related earlier the "old school" boys such as gerstner and platt have geared up the pr machine. talking loud and saying nothing, but the ears who move the market don't understand business to begin with, they hear what they want to hear, even if it is noise.....great fundamentals, not good enough, down below 42 after hours...msd greatest management task is to send his spin doctors out, make more noise than the old boy network..kinda like carville did for clinton........it's purely a perception issue...msd has to make sparks fly and boast about the 45% gain, throw it in the face of the critics...3% growth did a whole lot for platt!!!!
