I have never seen a stock trade up (great short opportunity) on so many unknowns. It must have to do with the shareholder base having such a low IQ. Here you have a merger with an unknown private company that is managed by who knows who, but will, I assure you, take full advantage of the 504 regs. Then CRI, which will not trade until he files a registration statement and that is approved and will take at least 6 months to a year minimum. Then of course there is the issue of the 15c211, which is another hurdle. Of course today he told czDoug that it would be completed in a month. That would be a record by many months, but with all the complaints, etc., and the required three years of audited financials. The legal, accounting fees alone will be in excess of 100k, and you know Carl. I can assure you that if it is ever approved, it is a long way down the road, but I do not ever see him doing it at all. He told a friend of mine, about two years ago that this was going to happen (the split from VTPI), and I believe that is documented on this thread.

Bottom line - get out now, while everyone is confused and some are actually Euphoric. You will be able to buy back in below a nickle soon, and guess who was doing all the selling yesterday and today? Otherwise this stock would be at a dollar. But these guys have never been marketwise, in any way. I am still short at 16 for the purpose of full disclosure.
