Being more familar with business management and startups than the stock market I have a question. This is an open question to anyone (and everyone)who wants to respond. I am very long on this company and hold a large position as I am sure that there are also others. If those who where long and intended to stay long requested their certs from their brokers would this have any effect on the brokers need to cover a short position or does it have no effect. I have been here for 2 years and have watched the trading since TK became involved. There was really no reason for the price to drop today as most of the trades were buys with a larger portion at the higher #'s. I often wonder if a MM and TK have a partnership here and definetly feel that the stock gets shorted just enough to keep the price down.

Regarding my last sentence. If you want to help the co. get its story out, once the air is clear, if the future does indeed look bright, good preparation for doing so would be to search SI and become familiar with highly trafficked threads where you might mention it. Consider this homework. In fact you may even choose to participate on them, so that if you do in the future mention LONE you won't be perceived as being an interloper. Apart from helping LONE, such participation might become far more rewarding in and of its own right.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FEDERAL COURT DENIES ALL MOTIONS BY DEFENDANTS IN LIFEONE STOCK MANIPULATION LAWSUIT

North Bethesda, Maryland, December 29, 1998 - - LifeOne, Inc. (OTCBB:LONE), (the "Company"), announced today that the federal court of the Central District of California in a lawsuit brought by LifeOne (the company) and certain shareholders has denied all motions by defendants to dismiss the lawsuit, to compel arbitration and to transfer venue.

The defendants in the lawsuit, Krueger et. al. v. Williams et. al., which include Thomson Kernaghan and Arie Rabinowitz among others, are alleged by the plaintiffs to have engaged in illegal manipulation of the company's stock and in a fraudulent stock shorting scheme designed to artificially depress the market in and for the company's common stock.

Brent Chapel, CFO of LifeOne, said, "The company is extremely pleased that the lawsuit will be tried on its merits in California. We are confident that the vigorous pursuit of this civil action will prove to be in the best interests of our shareholders.''
