AMZN STOCK SPLIT ????
on one of my investor sites that i subscribe to which is usually pretty accurate regarding rumors has said that amzn will ask shareholders at their meeting may 20 to issue 1.2 billion shares so that it can split it's stock and possibly announce thursday after close??
this makes sense to me because amzn has been known to artificially pump their stock when it is falling and the second reason is that it will let the options traders be able to get out of their may calls,,,any thoughts on this rumor and if it were true hoe it would affect the stock price,,
the site reporting this is www.stockwinners.com

This is really perversion of reason. They get into a suicidal price war, and their stock
jumps 25%.

When does this company run out of money ?

Sarmad,

It is a perversion of reason. Money was acquired when this company made a press release they were going online. Top management insiders, sold a lot of stock in the mid to upper 20s and loaned money back to the company. The equity markets are feeding these companys a tremendous amount of money to be thrown away. In the mean time, the insiders become very wealthy.
