strong circumstantial evidence that PABN = organized crime.

I think if you believed what you write you would be notifying the NASD and the SEC that they have really made a very serious set of mistakes, and not just recently but going back for almost a year now.

I guess, if you are correct, the good, hard working folks at the NASD and SEC have really goofed big time (SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC).

I would have to say, that if you are correct, they are going to look really foolish when the truth gets out. A 'truth,' by the way, which a chosen few here on SI seem to be the only ones in the world to know about. A 'truth,' which all the regulators have somehow (magically, I suppose,) failed to comprehend (unless you are also suggesting the regulatory agencies are also in on the scam...the plot thickens!)

But then maybe my guesses are wrong, and the regulatory agencies do know what they are doing and also what PABN is doing. Maybe they are smarter than you give them credit for being.

PCM

GO PABN!!!

p.s. "...as self-proclaimed leader of the longs..." Let me see if I have this straight: If you say something, then that means I've proclaimed it, is that right? If you type it and post it, then I must have typed and posted it, is that right? I seem to remember noting that jhild has the same problem.

You guys are looking sillier and sillier, but keep it up. As I've said before, no matter what else happens, the entertainment value has been worth the price of admission!
