Ed...I agree completely! Ampex has always followed a progression as surely as the lack of any news, what news there has ever been has been conservative and seldom wavered. This change is character is profound in my three years experience with AXC. I am shocked more than anything...This is not my old Ampex! =) This statement has been in all recent in depth releases. "The Company is engaged in discussions to add even more Internet video production and distribution operations in major U.S. and overseas cities through strategic investments and acquisitions along with a number of internal development projects. " Why at this time, shift gears and send the cash to TVW. Will this impact the Reiters purchase...or delay it? Will they take controlling interest as planned anyway? Why the rush with TVW? I want to know what these internal development projects are in more detail! Dave
