IIXC does look cheap but questions linger about the quality of their infrastructure. Who does Reingold see as an acquirer?

Even though I'm a long term Winstar Investor, I do buy and sell it a lot (except my core holdings). True to form, I became impatient and bought today at 52. Probably will go to mid to low 40's now but I agree with you Steve. I think Winstar is finally on its move up. I doubt that it will go to 12 again.
