Chauncey, There were NO free shares and there was never any contract,
verbal or written, to promote MDCE on the internet or anywhere else in exchange for the shares I bought at $.05, the bid at the time.

I did make some posts, for a brief time, voluntarily, just as I have done with any number of stocks which I have bought through normal channels.

Now can we get back to MDMI, the subject of this thread?
