Well before we go too far, let's as you suggest leave the personal agendas behind. But know that it is of no concern to me whether you treat me fairly and with respect as that is not my agenda. If you wish to so unburden yourself then feel free. My interest is and continues to be the story. You say that they are expending effort to improve services while getting rid on non-producing assets has merit as well. Unfortunately I can't accept your characterization of these failed starts as non producing assets. Born into such hyperbole and ignominiously slinking out the back when exposed for nonsense is not really a useful way to characterize the management of the company. Belize is a perfect example. Look at those releases that are on the News only thread. In particular the June 1, June 11 and July 8 that describes their initiatives there. Then go look at the picture of the only homes they have started but still not completed in April. Notice that those releases are NOT on the web site. Many statements in the releases are wrong and misleading and have never been corrected, only covered over. Calling this Belize adventure non-producing is not useful. That is a euphemism for a failed initiative that may well have been intentionally foisted as a cover to create an illusion of value where none exists. Note I say this is a possibility. If there was no other evidence in any of the other situations I wouldn't even bring it up. But as we know there are more non-producing assets. On the good side of things two homes are apparently being built in Belize. It is frustrating to see such a small positive step being born of such hyperbole, with so little profit for all the effort that was expended. But there will at least be two homes there from the effort.
