Unless the tender is extended again, it is probably too late
to tender your shares (most brokers take one to two days to
process a tender request).

So, your options are now to sell the stock at anytime on
the market (the price gap will continue to close as the
deal nears completion, especially after a clearance from
the DOJ is announced), tender the shares if another extension
is announced, or just hold the shares and when the deal
fully closes, you will be given the $29.25.

The difference from the last option and an actual tender
(I believe) is that the people who actually tender the
shares will get their $$ sooner.
