Looks like this is pretty much a done deal!

The tender offer has been extended until midnight

Friday May 21.

Also we needed 70,867,138 shares for the conditional minimum
for the deal to go through, as of today
we exceeded 76 million!

We will get paid shortly!

Conor,

my broker told me already, we are too late for the tender offer. I just did not know, there was a deadline.

Thank You for You good explanation.

As Plat still trades below 29.25 $, I wonder, which reasons could be *not* to buy more. Which risks do You see? It looks just like too easy money, to me.
