All data providers will have problems.......Cyber included. The thing you will find with Cyber is that they work diligently to solve those problems and keep the user informed as to whats happening and why. This is a software package always being improved upon and therefore you will sometimes need to work out the kinks. Tech Support here is A+++++.
Relative to accounting and back office procedures I have no problems.....Those guys in Brockerage ops. always take care of your account accurately and as is defined by regulators.
Bandwidth.........yup theres only so much you can get.....I get all I need or can effectively anylize with a cable modem.

Eric,

I had been having considerable trouble for some time with CyBer's stability via my ISDN connection. However, interestingly, I have not experienced a single problem for at least the past week or two. Not one single problem. Nada. The entire day has gone without a single glitch, something I have not enjoyed for a while. Something appears to have been approved. Even recent busy days have been a delight regardless of how many stock boxes or charts I run. I am impressed and optimistic. Thought you might like to know.

Now, instead of everyone talking about stability problems, comments seem to revolve around adding various new features. What a pleasure.

Bill

Understand your margin account well. Holding overnight and trading the same stock the next day can generate a margin call unless you are careful. CyberBroker sent e-mail sometime ago warning of this pitfall.
