I'd chop $5 million off the numbers for each company, particularly
CMCI.

Yes, I would agree that things are looking up. If ACTM does low 80s for the quarter and CMCI does the 32% increase to about 77, then it would seem we have a conservative number of $160/quarter. If they can institute some cost savings and best practices and get the gross margns in the 9-10% range as discussed and net about 3%, with the new 13.25 to 13.5 shares out, the earnings seem to go up substantially to the 36cents range which is just for starts. The PSR seems very low also at .27 when the expert opinions on many mergers talk about a .8 to 1.2 range. Granted these companies with their problems and balance sheet and older facilities/equipment and management are not in the same league as some but I think the price is still way to cheap. I don't understand the market valuations frankly. Heard the HDCO cc yesterday and if they perform as indicated, the stock is much cheaper then others in the industry even though not directly comparable as a board maker versus assemblers. But the SANMs,SLRs seem overpriced in comparison to me nevertheless. I think people overpay for growth especially when these forecasts/business can slow down for a myriad of reasons.
