In the quarter ending 1/31/99 CMCI did 75MM, I figure they will return to that level and actually grow from there. I am also adding September and dropping June to match ATCM's fiscal year allowing for a little delay in ramps. I then used Rob's numbers for ACTM, as best I could from his 350MM for the year projection. I like the business model and I think my numbers are realistic. If they trade at 1/2 x's sales this is still close to a double. My concern is that not many will notice. I would have thought ACTM's analysts would have been present in Rob's summary of the Q&A's.
