T.A.P............Much of the confusion and resultant recurring questions could be cleared up if you would simply state here that, in lieu of the new information pertaining to the as-yet-to-be-announced Ex-Dividend date, the May 20 DOR and, by inference, the May 17 last day to purchase, are now TOTALLY IRRELEVANT and should be put out of investor's minds. If this is not the case, please explain why May 20 continues to be relevant. IMO the news releases and "clarifications" do not answer this concern.

Thanks, Charles.

ahoj!!

Boy TAP you must have some pretty thick skin if you are reading all the RB posts!!!

Someone did have quite a good question and I think that if you answered it ( I am sorry if I missed it on RB ), it would, IMHO, allay
many of the fears the longs might have: is there patent info regarding
the Sea Eye and EKG products?

I haven't been overly concerned about the DOR's etc. etc. as I am long
with TRNG but let me see if I've got this right.

The 2 DOR's previously referred to mean nothing.
At some time ( time frame ? ) in the future TRNG will register with the SEC at which time we will all learn the ex Dividend date ( within 2 business days? ).

This is the date at which time we must have the TRNG shares in our account to get the TIPS.

Question: Who provides the ex Dividend date once the registration is supplied...is this date " forced " upon TRNG or can you request a specific date?

I am seriously considering adding some more TRNG to my portfolio, and while I believe that TRNG is a good long in itself, I want to be sure
to get additional TIPS as well.

Thus question: Will we be notified when you are submitting the paperwork to the SEC so that we will be able to adhere to the 3 day rule of buying shares and those shares actually being in our account?

I concur that this is a buying opportunity!

TIA
