Jeff,

When things are "set" then I suppose there is no harm in letting people here know that as well.*

If it is in your best interest, please keep us updated about the case. So many of us are interested in the outcome of this case, and are hoping that the Webnode3 will triumph.

A copule of questions for the legal minds on this thread. Janice has been named in the suit, but so far has not been served for some strange reason. If she is never served but BW goes ahead with the suit against Jeff and Bill, would this weaken BW's case in any way? If she isn't served, could she claim that she has been libeled by BW?

Best Regards,
John Sladek

Hey Jeff...

I tried to keep up with this thread a few weeks ago...but you guys are prolific writers (lots of talent here)and well needed to keep up with stocks and now I am way behind on this thread...

Anyway, hope it all goes your way...

Question...I always see the reference to the palindrome and been curious when/how that one got started.

Problem with the club here is...there are way to many insider jokes, and references for those who want to join the party so LATE in the game. But, the palindrome reference is one I have been curious about! Perhaps used for folks who speak from both sides of mouth...or is it from both orifices?

Aloha,
Mary

I just heard that Abraham Lincoln arose for this cause,
I somehow doubt you could find a better public defender. :-)
