Paul, points well taken.

Note CorTelco assets on CMCI balance sheet. Carrying value $13 million, $18 million or so with the preferred valued at face. IF CorTelco gets its IPO off this will convert some (all?) of this to cash. Banks would probably increase line under the circumstances. I think this would give them enough to get going on your budget, with a secondary expected down the road.

As far as an entry point is concerned, I have posted that any material selling in CMCI would drive that down to support at $5 or so. Arbitrage would tend to drag ACTM down to $10-11. I have been through these small cap arbitrage things, and that is what I am looking for.
The fly in that ointment is that there is abnormally high coverage of ACTM by Wall Street. If some institution thinks $12 is the price for ACT then CMCI will never get that low.
