Good response- lets hear more. When is CorTelco IPO expected? Do you have a link for info on this deal? (I know I could probably dig it out, but wondered if you could give me a few leads.) $18 million would be a nice addition to the current assets on the balance sheet. This would be a good step in the right direction. I wish I had more faith in the management, but lost that with the two huge 'discrepancies' in the last two years. First, it was the loss of 3Com, which management knew about well in advance, but never revealed to the common shareholders, and secondly, the magnitude of the $13M inventory adjustment, again which they knew about, but passed the info out in pieces. I think the stock will carry a "credibility" issue for some time to come. But will look for CorTelco IPO. Paul
