David, A lot of the credit must go to Oscar Pieper at Identicator, which is an indirect compliment to Randy for buying Identicator. The combination of the two companies has created a powerhouse that will dominate Bio-ID, livescan and physical access. The synergy of not having to compete against IDT, cooperating on R&D, and leveraging relationships from both sides is hard to quantify right now, but will contribute mightily to future success. I predict that we end the day barely under $10, not including the 4 o'clock guy.
