Tough call...do you know exactly how Corel reports it's revenues? I think this is the critical issue. I think we all agree that the revenues should be strong, however, your point regarding receivables is a good one.

Depending on how they report there revenues you could see a profit of 2-3 million for the quarter, or you could see profit of 8-10 million.

With regards to the three factors effecting the stock....(1) I hope my numbers are correct, however there are a few unknowns that may make me change my prediction. (2) There is no chance of lay-offs, I think the exact opposite needs to occur. They need more market penetration in order to maintain there limited market share and this will not happen through lay-offs. I think from an expense side of things they have really cleaned up there house. (3) Mr. Cowpland has made his fair share of mistakes but I don't think you can blame him for last quarters fiascal. He has really taken a back seat and let Mr. O'Reilly take control of cost cutting, etc.. I think as long as he keeps himself out of the lime light Corel will be okay.

Will there be any one time costs this quarter we should know about? Corel seems to be good at coming up with these costs to cut into there profits!!
