I'd take a strong bearish position if HLTH had 20 million shares in the float. There are hardly 2 mil shares in effective float (4-5 mil total, but I'd think 1/2 of it is in the hands of institutions who won't trade often).

I said MSFT will pay 20% of what you pay for the same stock. You think MSFT is going to pay $80/share of HLTH? Think again. For MSFT, the risk is extremely minimal at that price and the possible rewards are very high + control. You don't have to be smart about it. I'd invest my money in HLTH at $16 when it is trading at $80.

BTW, I don't think MSFT ever invested in HLTH, only in WebMD.

The only reason I am here is to discuss and understand. I don't care if HLTH goes to $200 or to $2.
