JC Reddy, all u can say about an internet company is if it is cheap or pricey. trying to give a long term target of say $15 speaks how ingnorant u r in the investing game of internet companies.

Sure HLTH is pricey compared to a market cap of 15 Billion. But if within a year YHOO will be a 400 Billion $ company, then HLTH will be atleast $200 stock. short term HLTH looks way over extended, but at mid 40 few days back it was reasonably prices in my opinion. But you mileage may vary. $15 is possible but highly unlikely with the next 6 months. If mrket tanks and we see YHOO in 60-70 range then sure it can go to 15 or less. But every thing is relative.

You don't have to be smart about it. I'd invest my money in HLTH at $16 when it is trading at $80.

JC, you seem to be one of these guys that hang out on a thread, have nothing significant to say and fill the air with bear talk based on nothing. You are either short (most likely) or just wasting time. Why hang out at a place where a stock worth only $16 to you is selling for $70?

You talk about fundamentals when anyone (even you) know that fundamentals do not apply to these types of stocks. Fundamentals are based on knowing the market. You can do fundamentals on Ford because the market is known. You cannot do fundamentals on the Internet because the market is not known. We are just starting to create the Internet market now. If you can prove you know the fundamentals of a market that does not yet exist you would get the Nobel Prize.

People are investing in businesses that they feel will be the market leaders in different sectors of the Internet as it grows. HLTH + WebMD and the backing of deep pockets is a good bet. The combined businesses are better than any other in the field.

Hey, I'm watching CNBC right now and they just said the same thing.
