in local quotes, BE has said he did not like stock splits just to run up stock prices. there must be a strategic corporate reason for issuing new stock. i believe the 100s was a ball park figure as a price where the smaller investor gets squeezed out. sidgemore & BE are movers but i like the glue in CFO SCOTT SULLIVAN WHO CAN CRUNCH NUMBERS BETTER THAN ANYONE. he not only has been able to manage the financial end of all these mergers and acquisitions, he has done in with such little pain to stock holders. somehow they are able to get there numbers right instead of hyping one another.

My question was in response to something I'd seen here earlier in the week. I was trying to find out if it had any validity. I'd also seen the 100-target theory several times. Just curious.
