I don't want to be famous
I just want to be filthy and obscenely (like XXX-rated) rich ...

rudedog: El pointed me to posts on the Zoo by "factorial gains". He is bullish. The first post below appears to contradict what you said recently in a post to Captain Jack about EDS having to buy from DELL. Has there been a change?

Compaq's Servers

I work for EDS, we have deals with some of our clients to only provide them with Compaq PC/Workstations/Servers. Previously these clients had the option to buy from any of our approved manufacturer's, such as Dell. But now they will only have the option to buy Compaq machines. Generally, Compaq is a more trusted name in the LAN server environment. Since most companies have small LAN's with 0-50 users. There labs are equipped with multiple smaller servers instead of 1 multiple processor/drive servers. There is a lot of behind the scene activity happening here.
