Roger, this is the first time ever in IPO history that lockup shares are released less than 2 months after the ipo. Can't blame them, if I were in their shoes I would press hard for an early release of the shares too, sell when the stock is still in favor. They're no fools they know what can and will likely happen to the stock in 4 months. AMZN is down about 40% in just 3 weeks. PCLN can easily lose more than 50% by lockup expiration.

Hit it hard tomorrow Roger.

Regards,

Tom
