"dtc's backbone is the crown jewel, voip designed. as ntop grows, so does the usage of idtc's backbone. " correct me if I'm wrong but dont we also get 66% of the market value of NTOP built in to IDTC shares? MG

I disagree. IDT's made several announcements in the last six month's concerning their carrier business which have had no impact on their stock price. The momentum from 12 to 35 over the last couple of months has been fueled by their n2p announcements. As a carrier, they compete against some big, well healed companies. Also, there is no guarantee that a year from now, n2p will not use some companies for part of their backbone. IDT's backbone and calling card business are their lines with the most competition. I bet Jonas gets a ton of shares on the ipo. How many are you and I going to get? Bill
