Carnac.... Help me show these BRCM tunnel visionaries that it's just a chip stock. I've been trying...but without much success since the stock continues to "Billionate." How well do you know the BRCM crowd....and how long do you think their network side holds up? We all know the cable and STB biz will be cut throat. Also...on CUBE's people...why buy them...when you can coax them with a fresh start and new blood? Seems that has been the route taken by most former Cubies.

Carnac, How should the layman (like myself) interpret your comments? Are you bullish or bearish on CUBE or bullish on CUBE only if they spinoff Divicom? Also, your comment about TV/COM being non-competitive, is that fact or speculation? Would BRCM want or need anything that CUBE has or vice versa?
