I think we got a runner here but going over the SEC report it seems to me that they have every intention of screwing the holders of the stock with a 100 to 1 RS then Issue a bunch more shares for themselves afterwards. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the advice but I'll be selling all of mine. Good luck with what you have. I see too much risk here. Friday's are tough on these small stocks that had big rises sometimes.
